Accounting setup and opening balances are handled through a scoped Factory Go-Live.
Factory Go-Live covers the agreed setup work around your factory process and data. Scope is confirmed after understanding your process and data; the written proposal keeps it distinct from the monthly subscription.
HRMS is ₹1,999/month for up to 50 employees, then ₹25 per additional employee each month. Annual pricing is ₹19,990 plus ₹250 per additional employee per year.
The self-serve trial gives you full access to Factory OS — quotes, sales orders, inventory, multi-level BOMs, production, quality, procurement, and GST invoicing. Factory ERP accounting setup, HRMS and guided implementation are sales-assisted offerings you can add when you're ready.
Custom development and integrations are documented as a separate outcome and scope after we understand the process. Commercial terms are shared privately in the proposal before anything is built.
